#NeverTrump — Kristin H. Chensows (@kristinhhensows) February 6, 2020The actor’s endorsement comes a day after Trump called for a new immigration ban to be imposed on immigrants from countries that are “terrorist states.”
“We need a strong border.
We need a great border.
It’s an incredible wall.
And we’re gonna build it fast,” Trump said on “Fox & Friends” on Friday.
“And we’re going to do it very, very quickly.”
Chensowets response to Trump’s immigration proposal, as well as the GOP nominee’s stance on immigration, were met with mixed reactions from the Hollywood community.
A number of other celebrities, including actress Jennifer Garner and musician Stevie Wonder, have also endorsed the Republican presidential nominee.
